Who is Dr. Jessica Randolph and what is her background?

Dr. Jessica Randolph, DPM, is the founder of our practice and a board certified podiatrist who brings an unusual and valuable blend of experience to her work. Her path into podiatry began not in a clinic but on the stage. As a classically trained ballerina and modern dancer, she spent years developing a deep, firsthand understanding of how the body moves and what it asks of the feet and ankles. That background shapes the way she sees every patient who walks through our door.

Before becoming a physician, Dr. Randolph earned a Bachelor’s degree in Dance and Choreography from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Dance Education from New York University. Her years in performance and dance education gave her a practical, embodied sense of biomechanics and the physical demands placed on athletes and performers. When she decided to pursue medicine, podiatry was a natural fit, offering a way to help dancers, athletes, and anyone who relies on their feet to keep doing what they love.

After completing her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree, Dr. Randolph went through a rigorous residency where she trained with specialists in diabetic foot reconstruction and advanced foot and ankle surgery. During that intensive training she worked alongside one of the top international specialists in diabetic foot reconstruction, an experience that gave her the skills to manage both routine and highly complex cases. From sports injuries to severe diabetic complications, her training prepared her to handle a wide spectrum of conditions, and that range is part of what we offer every patient who comes to us.

One area where this experience stands out is limb preservation. Dr. Randolph has developed real expertise in helping patients avoid major amputation and regain their ability to walk, even in difficult cases involving severe foot conditions, wounds, or infections. Her surgical skill, paired with advanced wound care techniques, allows us to take on cases that might otherwise lead to loss of a limb, and to focus on restoring function and mobility.

Beyond her credentials, Dr. Randolph is known for the way she connects with patients. The reviews our patients share speak again and again to her bedside manner, her patience, and her willingness to truly listen. Patients describe feeling that she walks beside them through recovery, explains procedures clearly, and genuinely cares about the outcome. For people who have felt rushed or unheard elsewhere, that approach can be a welcome change, and it is the standard we hold ourselves to.

Dr. Randolph is also a Phoenix native with a personal connection to the military community, as she is married to a United States Air Force veteran. She is proud to serve military families and understands the demands of that lifestyle. At home, she and her husband share their lives with two energetic dogs and a cuddly cat. This combination of professional expertise and personal warmth defines our practice, where every treatment plan is built with the patient’s wellbeing in mind and where our goal is always to keep people in motion and living the lives they want.
